So, being a traditional artist, rather than digital, I can't give you too much critique on your technique. I can try give you SOME useful advice at least though :P

I absolutely love the colors. They look really great together ^^ I also love the grumpy pose :P It's really cute. The eyes look good (I love reflections and shines in the eyes) Like i said, I don't know much about technique but they look good to me ^^ I know the name wasn't yours but I just wanna give a shout out and say that that is a sweet name XD

Overall i think this is awesome and super cute, I don't know much about vectoring, but the impact is definitely positive.
